Service Types
A maintenance plan with us consists of two service types.
An “A” service keeps your fleet running smoothly. We will take care of all the standard maintenance as recommended by the manufacturer. Bringing your vehicles in for the basics like tire pressure, oil, and other fluids allows you to keep your fleet in peak operating condition.
As your fleet continues to accumulate miles, we will set up a “B” service. A “B” service is a more in-depths mileage-based package based on your vehicle’s manufacturer recommendations. We begin to check in on the parts that wear down over time. This allows us to replace consumable components as they near the end of their service life and BEFORE they cause other systems to fail. Effectively minimizing vehicle downtime and maximizing its working life.
We embrace the fact that when your fleet is down a vehicle your bottom line is affected. This service process allows us to minimize the down time and keeps you in control of the schedule. Up-Fitting
We know that buying a new vehicle is only the first step to adding to your service fleet. “Up-Fitting” is the process of preparing a vehicle for the vital role it plays for its operator. Each agency needs something specific from its fleet and we can handle them all! We have access to all the major equipment manufactures and our capable service techs to install them.
Emergency vehicles come with a special set of challenges when it comes to up-fitting. We are prepared for all of it! From laptop and radio mounts to gun racks and prisoner containment. When you bring us something off the lot, we will return a completely “up-fitted” vehicle ready to hit the road.
